Ralph Lauren Art Stars
Love, love, LOVE this! 51 of Europe’s smartest contemporary artists (I like how that sounds!) have been selected to participate in a ground breaking art venture entitled ART STARS, all in the name of raising money for the Teenage Cancer Trust. Chosen artists are adapting a blank denim 3D star-shaped canvas to fit an ‘Americana’ theme. The finished ‘Stars’ will then do a European tour before returning to the UK for a group exhibition and large scale charity auction - proceeds going to said charity. The whole shabang has been organised by the usually dull Ralph Lauren brand so kudos to them! Hang-Up artist Alex Daw was among those commissioned along with Herakut, Matt Small, James Jessop, Alex Daw, Delta, Jaybo and Kate Moross and many more.
