We are enjoying the soft and inviting paintings of Taipei-based artist Hsiao-Ron Chen. The surreal paintings feature children, plants and animals with weird deformities in just as strange and imaginative environments. Hsiao-Ron works with pencils, oils, mixed media, and digital art.

I absolutely love wandering the streets of Soho, especially when I come across places like this! Is it possible to spend an ‘unhealthy amount of time’ in a shop? yes, it’s getting to the point where the assistant is giving me weird looks, following my every move as I gaze wide eyed at all the amazingness that is Gods Own Junkyard at Circus of Soho…
